Spotlight: Modest on the Flat last year; ordinary form over hurdles until a much-improved display when winning a maiden at Thurles in March; followed that with a second placing in a staying handicap on the Flat at Gowran; absent for six months but very positive jockey booking.

Spotlight: Certainly improved to win a 1m2f handicap at Navan last week; comes here with the mandatory penalty to carry and her trainer has often struck gold with an improving autumn handicapper; clear chance.

Spotlight: Comes here in good form; backed up a solid effort at Down Royal by landing a 1m4f handicap at Bellewstown in this headgear combination; up 6lb but will like the conditions and should be a leading contender.

Spotlight: Showed some reasonable form this year; staying on third in a Down Royal handicap when not doing things overly quickly; has to show that she handles this sort of ground.

Spotlight: Up 11lb for4 wins at Navan and Down Royal in June; just worried out of it in a 1m4f handicap at Dundalk off 51 last month; acts on most ground.

Spotlight: Best run for a while when chasing home today's rival Autocrat at Bellewstown 11 days ago; should get closer today and there might even be a bit more to come.

Spotlight: Tongue-tie and cheekpiece combination seemed to bring about improvement at Bellewstown last time; cheekpieces are dispensed with here; has a chance if he can repeat that.

Spotlight: A better run in first-time cheekpices when beaten 4l over 1m2f at Clonmel and improved again when third to an emphatic winner at Thurles last week; new headgear tried this time.

Spotlight: Won a 1m4f handicap at Cork last year for Joe Murphy; went close over the same trip at Gowran in August; would probably prefer better ground.

Spotlight: Better hurdler than a Flat performer but comes here in good form after winning a handicap hurdle here two weeks ago; on a very workable mark if she can transfer that form and worth a market check.

Spotlight: Third reserve; fourth in this last year; placed in a couple of handicaps earlier in the season; conditions to suit.

Spotlight: In the frame in similar handicaps on good ground at up to 1m2f; each-way player; new headgear tried here and has run well on soft ground in the past.

Spotlight: Off for over a year but missed a few engagements lately, three due to finding a variety of ground conditions unsuitable; top apprentice booked if taking his chance here.

Spotlight: 11-race maiden and has shown only patches of ability; others much preferred here.

Spotlight: Very disappointing since a good run in a 1m handicap at Listowel in May; big step up in trip here.

Spotlight: Down the field behind Autocrat at Bellewstown; others preferred here.

Spotlight: Flat form is nothing to speak of; has not done badly over hurdles and had a chance when falling at Downpatrick latest; others preferred though.

Spotlight: First reserve; was returning from 18-month absence when never sighted at Gowran in June; tongue-tie and cheekpieces tried.

Spotlight: Second reserve; looks of little account on maiden and handicap evidence to date.
