Spotlight: Class act who won last year's Irish Oaks and nearly followed up in the Yorkshire equivalent; cost Amo Racing a fortune after she finished last in the St Leger and suffered the same fate on her return in the Coronation Cup; however, this is a severe drop in class and would be hard to beat, even at this shorter trip, if new trainer Adrian Murray can get her back on track; 1-1 on the AW; tongue-tie left off.

Spotlight: Won here at two; five defeats at three included a remote finish in the Irish Oaks won by You Got To Me, but has improved this season with first and second finishes in two Listed races over Gowran's extended 1m1f; respected with no wellbeing issues.

Spotlight: Third in a Group 2 last season before winning his maiden at the Curragh (7f); off for nearly a year prior to finishing last in the 1m4f Group 2 Prix Niel only 19 days ago (good to soft); needed to show more to be a confident selection for this; now tongue tied.

Spotlight: Dual Listed winner at 1m2f and close to his best form the last twice in the Group 3 Brigadier Gerard at Sandown and the Listed Wolferton at Royal Ascot; off since that last run in June but has a positive record when fresh; every chance as reverting back to the AW won't be an issue; he might be capable of conceding weight all round.

Spotlight: Only had seven races and won a valuable Goodwood handicap over 1m4f in July (good) before a wide draw did for him in a valuable sales race at Deauville (1m2f); has another high stall to deal with and others may have too many gears at this trip.

Spotlight: A $1,250,000 yearling; bred to excel on the AW but was only workmanlike in winning a 1m maiden at Killarney in May and this represents a stiff test for one so inexperienced; blinkers on for the first time.

Spotlight: Effective in blinkers but surprising to see them back on after returning to form in new cheekpieces at Cork where she was third in a 1m4f Group 3; probably needs further now and was staying on when fourth in this race 12 months ago.

Spotlight: Easy winner of a 1m2f claimer and followed up in a small-field handicap at Leopardstown (1m1f); surpassed all that form when a close fourth in the Listed 1m4f Galtres at York (form has been franked); very much on the upgrade and should make presence felt.

Spotlight: Won in France for Jean-Claude Rouget last season but hasn't been threatening at all for his current yard and very much up against it here; cheekpieces tried.

Spotlight: Has done well in handicaps but well beaten in her two previous cracks at Listed level and again in a Group 2 last time.

Spotlight: Only 1-14 but has flashes of good form and wasn't beaten far in a 1m2f handicap at Glorious Goodwood last time; however, she's relying on some of these being below par to have a major say.

Spotlight: Just behind Gun Carriage in a maiden in April won by the smart Stay True; off the mark over C&D in July but then finished last in a 1m6f Listed race; big ask to bounce back in a race of this nature.
